Linen Binding Thread

Strong tying yarn made of 100% linen fibers. Used in doll making for string sculpting the head.
 
It's important not to let the thread get too dry otherwise it may break. To maintain maximum strangth, hold the thread for a couple of minutes above some warm steam, like a kettle or pan of water. For hundreds of years lace-makers have used this neat solution, a little bit of steam does the trick!
